Integrations & Data
Swivel reads from the systems you already run, such as billing, messaging, product analytics, CRM, and your warehouse, to keep the ontology live. It connects to your stack rather than replacing it.

Read-first by default
Ingestion is read-only. The only writes Swivel makes are the governed actions you've explicitly approved (see Governance). The System builds its picture of your business by reading; it changes your business only through actions you've signed off on.
How data flows
Connectors sync your systems into the ontology, where objects and their properties stay current. When a governed action runs, its outcome is written back into the model, so every intervention makes the next decision better-informed. The data flywheel runs on your operation: read state, decide, act with sign-off, record the result, improve.
Let the agents prove themselves on your accounts.
In three weeks, see the saves they worked, the reasoning behind each action, and what happened before you decide what comes next.
